It is set on a very busy and traffic-laden street. It is noisy day and night. The staff hardly spoke English. No information could be had about what to do and visit nearby. The beds have covers that have been very obviously used before.

Older hotel in a good location
This is an older hotel that has great potential, high ceilings good plumbing. Renovation is underway, so expect some construction noise during the day

Bugs but great service
Bugs! Room was filled with ants. Tried to put my luggage on the bed and on a chair to get away from the ants but they were everywhere. There was also two cockroaches that I saw, afraid of how many I didn’t see. The service was exceptional so I feel bad giving a bad review but wouldn’t stay here again.

Bad service ,property is run dow
We have problem with change room to AIr condition room ,the hotel we book should be AC room as said in the confirmation which I show to the front desk one employee was ok to change my room at first then later after wait for AC room clean up ,that employee was left for the day ,i was talk to the boss of the hotel to get room change unfortunately I had not Been success ,after all the argue I gave up but had to stay at fan rom Which I was not happy about it ,so aware of hong Phann hotel .i stay away with the hotel .
