I was greeted by friendly smiles from Isabella that makes us feel welcome. Good services from Franklin and the next day Giulia the concierge has been nothing but outstanding. "Had an amazing time at Palagina. The grounds were absolutely stunning and the rooms clean. A small few things they could focus on is giving the rooms a bit of a face lift as they do seem dated and improve ventilation in the bathrooms to avoid the mold. Also screens on the windows so you can open them without the worry of bugs getting in. Enjoyed eating at the restaurant and loved the wine/wine tour. I would definitely recommend. "
