Kitchen well-stocked, beds comfortable, washer/dryer worked well. (There are user manuals online for every appliance.) Staff is lovely and there’s always someone available. We were there nine nights, will probably be back. "

"A very good place to stay. Very convenient for ABBA Voyage which was why we were in London. The bed was comfortable and I loved the way the light under the bed was motion sensitive - very convenient for midnight bathroom visits. Tea and coffee was available in the bar free of charge and the food we ate was good and quickly prepared."
