"The condo was clean and well-maintained. Easy access to the ocean. The building was well -lighted and clean, but needed some painting on the outside and in the hallways. The entry door to our condo needed some paint as there was corrosion visible. The master bath shower door was old and worn out and needs to be replaced. The living room needs additional lighting. I would stay there again but I would need a lower price than I paid on this trip."

"I just strongly believe that the parking situation should be addressed in the description when you're booking. You are guaranteed a parking spot in the underground garage that has a 6'5" clearance. You are not guaranteed parking outdoors. I found this out AFTER the non-refundable period. I should have been advised of this before. Also, no trailer parking. It wound up that there were parking spots available outdoors for our truck that cannot fit into the garage, but something should be said...
