"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel despite it being somewhat modest, lacking a proper lobby. However, the reception from and care by India, the property manager was exceptional. I was traveling alone and India made sure all was well with me and that I made myself familiar with everything. For a modest hotel in a pricey area this was truly comfortable and hospitable! "Honestly we were a bit concerned reading some of the reviews before our trip but our stay was fine! Reception staff friendly, check in and out process easy. The room was clean and tidied daily, breakfast was good. Nice balcony views. Sauna not working during our stay but other spa facilities were fine. No boot dryers in the ski lockers which would be a good thing to improve on."

We made good use of the complimentary taxi service within Courchevel 1850 and the breakfast buffet was 5 star quality as you would expect. The independent in-house ski shop and Concierge service just made hitting the sloped or reserving restaurants convenient."
