"York hotel is a bit older but the convenience of the location and the size of the rooms more than makes up for the tired fittings. With 2 entrances onto Mount Elizabeth and Scott Streets, it is a quick walk to Orchard and Newton train stations and to Orchard road for food and shopping. We had a family room that slept 4 and it was more than big enough for 2 adults and 2 teenage kids. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I've ever slept on! "
