"This property was beautiful, the lobby was the main attraction. The rooms were spacious compared to other hotels. Andy at the front desk went above and beyond during our stay. The property is perfectly located and accessible to marina bay square on the 5th level which has all sorts of food halls and shopping. With easy indoor access to Suntec city. Our room faced the front of the building which did not provide the best views but it had views of the other tall buildings which were just as beautiful. The addition of the viewing corner behind the balcony provides hours of daydreaming. For better views, there is the pool area which extends the views to marina bay sands and unobstructed views of other surrounding buildings. "

"Travelling with a 2 year old and arriving late from a long haul flight. Check in was super easy, friendly and even gifted a soft toy. The cot was all ready in the room as requested and then at breakfast. It was a great selection, (better than many hotels that I have stayed in recently), and again the friendly staff helped with a good table and a high chair. Both pools were connected and I couldn’t recommend it enough for the staff and location. Do be minded that it is on Orchard Road and occasionally you could hear some loud traffic. Thanks for making our stay very easy and enjoyable. "
