Wonderful staff. Can't thank them enough for making our stay so memorable. Front desk led by Izzat, Nicole, Joy. Bell and Concierge Bayani and Aloysius assisted us with transportation and answer all our questions with a smile. The hotel itself is good. Service was average as the room was not that clean when we checked in. I expected more. The gym and pool was not inviting at all. The restaurant/breakfast has poor choices. More better hotels around the area to try.
