"Stayed here way back 2017 and 2018. Comparatively the standard has dropped a lot. Despite its eco-friendliness there's no longer any bottled waters but desalination water from the bathroom into the room machine. I would not touch desalination water at all and even my friend's dog in HK would only drink Watson's bottled water and boiled water for humans. My own home water is filtered even in Australia and boiled despite most people drinking from the tap. Ended up going to level 4 to fill bottled...

"Our stay was pleasant. Our room had a musty mildew smell coming from the bathroom. When we informed the hotel, they tried a deodorizer for 20 minutes but when it didn't help, they moved us from a 2 double bed room, to a one bedroom king suite with 2 rollaway beds for the kids. They were extremely apologetic and left us a personalized note and a plate of fruit for our troubles. The pool was a good size (25m long) with a rope marking off the deep end which was good for safety but made swimming...

"We had a great experience staying here. The staff were friendly, check in was smooth, location of the hotel was great as it was just opposite an MRT station which is 1 stop away from Orchard. Rooms were clean and fully utilized with the gym and swimming pools available too. Our daughter ended up having a medical emergency during our trip and the front desk did their absolute best to assist us and make things easier during a stressful time.
