"Fantastic warm welcome, offered a glass of fizz as we were checking in. Staff were really helpful and always on hand. Amazing breakfast - with a really wide choice. Waffles and pancakes both lovely and light. Room comfortable with water replaced daily and great coffee available. Our only gripe was not being able to switch the air con off at night unless we took card out by door which then switched everything off but it wasn’t overly noisey (we would have preferred to have had it switched off). "Great location, not far from central station and a tram stop. Also offers parking just round the corner which was great for us as we had rented a car for one night of our stay and the staff were very accommodating. The room was spotless and very nice. The bed and pillows were very comfy. Would return if we are ever in Amsterdam again"
