"Enjoyed most everything about this property. Amazing views from the room, clean property and free bikes. Unfortunately the heater in the pool and hot tub wasn't working properly, and the tv in the living area of my room wasn't functioning, and there was a lot of construction going on on the first floor of the building (from the hurricanes). But will most definitely be back in the future!"

"It was better option then a hotel for the weekend. Was in town for a tournament. Carpet is a little dirty but it is old and needs to be changed. Bathtubs need recaulking. One toilet wouldn’t flush but we poured water down the toilet for it to go. We didn’t want anyone coming in to fix while we were gone as our personal items were there and hotels seem to have more accountability if there’s a problem. "This is the place to stay in Siesta key! Been coming here for many years and even though the ownership has changed the quality has not declined. They graciously accommodated us even though some of the units in their other buildings were not ready for our arrival. In the main building where we stayed we saw no evidence of any damage. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was delightful, and we will be back!"

"Great place right in the heart of Bradenton Beach. Walking distance from restaurants and shops and right on the tram line for exploring this wonderful area. Staff we spoke to were really friendly and helpful. The room was a little dated (but I believe that a refurbishment is happening) but was clean and offered everything we needed for our two night break. We were sorry to leave and will return in the future."

"Room was cute, clean, no major issues. Check in was easy. Opens to nice view of the water. The bath/shower did not drain well. Seems like a party place. We were there for a soccer tournament and it met our needs, but it was very noisy. Live music that you could hear in the room at night (but stopped at a reasonable hour). Everyone who stays here smokes. We couldn’t eat at the restaurant bc it was so smoky for the kids. The planes fly right overhead starting at 6am. If you don’t mind the noise...
