Yes, you are staying on a boat however, they make sure you are able to get to your car at whatever time to make it to work at whatever time day or night with free overnight parking. I was a little skeptical at first with it being off of land and out of the ordinary but they made sure it was accommodating for me. They provided disaster relief free...

"No communication. The host told us 6:00 when the check in was 4:00. Then she changed it to 7:00. Then after 8 but after 9:00 and no show . It was dark ans we watched everyone pulling out their boats and jet skis. No one ever asked us why we were there. No approached us asking if we were waiting to be taken out to our house bot that I paid for in advance and refused a refund. We had a toddler Thea was screaming. The sand fleas were biting. We didn’t want to leave to get milk for him on account...

"The place is not what they said it was. The boats are not clean. No working kitchen or bathroom. In my opinion very sketchy to say the least. Do not book you will be very disappointed.. The local law enforcement is looking to talk to the owner. That is what a local sheriff’s deputy had said to us. What a joke! Don’t do it."

"A great adventure for a couple. Centrally located to all major attractions in Sarasota and just minutes from SRQ airport. Home is practically brand new and reminds us of our boating adventures. Make sure to kayak the canals and walk to the sunset beach in the little neighborhood to the west. Tom, the host was super helpful and did a great job in building the water home. Make sure you get the exact address of the marina too. Enjoy!!"
