"Like access to the restaurant and pool. Been 2 years in a row. Very clean, and staff was great! Both years parade people took over the pool. Unfortunately, rules were not followed in the pool area. "

"At first we didn’t realize the property was connected to the main house and owners were on site. We got to the wrong door but Steven was able to help us get sorted. He was awesome with anything we needed. Last day they had to put something on the hot tub so we couldn’t use it as our time was limited- but other than that it was a great stay and local to beach and restaurants/ stores."

"This property was awesome! LaVeda has EVERYTHING you need for the beach! Umbrellas, chairs, towels, boogie boards, ect. the list goes on! The guest house was very clean, stocked, and perfect for a couple! The beach entrance is visible from the property, and St. Armand’s is close as well. We enjoyed riding the bikes that LaVeda supplied in the evening! We plan on staying at this property again next summer!"

"This room was comfortable for myself and my two children 9 and 7. The beds were comfortable and new. The sheets didn’t stay on the mattresses very well though. The dresser and nightstand had more than adequate storage space for clothes for a week. Mugs, cups and silverware were available and a large refrigerator. The location was easy to access beaches and stores nearby. The tiki bar is delicious and we tried several food items and they were great. The service was fairly slow whether it was busy...

"Property was fine. There were hangers but no rod to hang them on. Also, no real place to hang wet towels. The shower doors do not really keep the water from leaking out and soaking the floor around the toilet. Other than these couple small things, the room was good. "This boutique inn was the perfect little place for my wife and me as we celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary. The place was very clean. The pool/hot tub was at ideal temperatures. Beach chairs are available to use & if you need some ice for your cooler, there is complimentary ice in the upstairs freezer. "María Trim’s communication was exceptional. The entire boutique inn was absolutely excellent. It was very clean and modern. I loved the upstairs game room and the rooftop with a spectacular view and chairs to relax with a beautiful view. It was, also across the street from the beach and near restaurants and shops. "The 1920's Cottage was absolutely a wonderful stay with beautiful gardens and wildlife and very tranquil and very accessible to other places. We enjoyed Lido beach north and Sarasota downtown and took a drive within an hour to Saint Petersburg a very trendy and beautiful city. Our host Nigel was very kind and accommodating."

"Good location we had a ok stay. We wanted some rest and were not aware of the new construction behind this home. We were woken every morning at 630 to 7 am by heavy equipment moving dirt. And a beep beep beep all day long even while sitting by pool. I wish they would let you know of this happening so we could have made other arrangements. We learned our lesson and will be asking next time. We know they cant control construction but they can let us know its happening right behind the master...
