We had a large spacious studio like room for 4 people. The bathroom was updated with a nice shower. This property is outside the city center but close to multiple bus lines. Breakfast was decent. The staff was friendly.

From the time I arrived, Marzio was extremely helpful and accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure I could get settled in. Marzio was always friendly and seemed to extend his hospitality to all guests with anything they needed. There was a nice breakfast spread and I believe dinner is available if you request it. The room was clean, cool and comfortable (necessary for hot, summer days!) The location is a little ways from the city center but accessible by a local bus or walking down the hill. All in all, i am glad I chose GG for my stay in Firenze!

Very pleasant room, good facilities, modern, felt secure, accommodation welcoming - nice that they messaged to ask when we would arrive in the afternoon. Great location. Having stayed on the Arno previously, I noticed how very quiet it was, and still an easy, quick walk (for those who do walk lots) from the heart, offering an excellent route to the Piazzale Michelangelo and in easy reach of the Boboli Gardens. Would definitely stay again.

It was about a 20 to 30 minute walk to Old City Wall. Much longer to walk back as it is uphill. A taxi back was approximately 30 euros. Our room was small but clean. The Manager was helpful for directions etc.
