Photos cannot capture the breathtaking views from the ocean facing side of the house. This established home has been well taken care of and provides for all the needs for a family or group of friends. No matter how long your stay, you will have a difficult time saying goodbye. "We stayed here for easier access to get to the raceway; however, it was not as close as it seemed due to the canyon roads that this location requires you to drive in order to reach the destination. The accommodation itself is clean and welcoming, just be careful when entering the side door at night as there are many unexpected steps and I almost face planted (my fault for not using a light). "Owner has done a wonderful job of updating the house even having HVAC installed. The area is "old" and there's a lot of street parking but the house has a short driveway for 1 car. The fenced in back yard was good for our dogs."

"Lovely location, clean accommodations. Easily handled our 9 guests. Only issue was the Pebble Beach gates. I called three times to have our name added to the gate access, but guest services were not able to do so. Gate attendants insisted on charging us to enter and suggested we get reimbursed from the property manager. "
