"My family and I celebrated my birthday by spending time at Sunset beach. The home is in a great location with stunning views and has many amenities including a nice hot tub. My granddaughter loved staying with her parents and having a bed above them.We struggled a bit to warm up the home, especially one of the bedrooms that has no heater. The owner provides lots of blankets to remedy this somewhat.Overall we had a fun weekend and enjoyed staying in this beach home."

"There are pros and cons to this property:It is in a great location to walk to the beach or to restaurant, responsive manager and owner when issues arose, made an exception which was greatly appreciated, 2 fireplaces indoors, outdoor fireplace and hot tub were amazing, well stocked kitchen for cooking. Listing did not mention that the primary bedroom on the top floor did not have a door. Not private and sound carried into the room from the living spaces. Rooms were pretty bright for light...

"Had a great time staying at this property. The house is walking distance to a grocery store and a great donut shop. The Monterey Bay Aquarium was just a short drive away. We were pleasantly surprised that you could see the bay from the patio! We also enjoyed putting together one of the many puzzles on our stay. Thanks again!"

"The views are wonderful! As stated, the home is only a few seconds from the beach. We have stayed in this area previously and this home has been the best. There are several upgrades which were greatly appreciated. Most important for me was Starlink WiFi! While I don't know much about Lululemon Studio / Mirror, our daughter was very excited and had a wonderful workout. When returning to the Monterey area, this is certainly a home we will return to! "

"The most unique property we've stayed at and one that we'd love to re-visit! Morning walks to Point Lobos and Monastery Beach were our highlights. We were beyond fortunate to enjoy 3 perfect weather days in Carmel and cars begin to line up across the street on PCH to walk into Point Lobos. "Had a large family gathering with 16 adults and children. The house was plenty big with nice bed rooms, plenty of baths, well stocked kitchen and plenty of room. Would highly recommend this location as it’s a short drive to Carmel, Monterrey and other sites. "
