"Great price and a very large room. We had space to park our bikes inside our room if needed. Only drawback was limited office hours and limited parking. Very small parking spaces. The fireplace was a nice addition as we got soaked on our last bike ride and needed to warm up quickly. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this bright, clean, and well-appointed flat. Especially enjoyed the private hot tub and the very comfortable bed - slept great! It was great to be a short drive from downtown Carmel, but far enough away to be quiet and to have parking available always. Time in Big Sur, Point Lobos, beaches were highlights. "We liked everything about this classic, updated motel. Service was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. We had a standard, amply-sized room with a fireplace as a bonus, at an affordable rate. Feels like a mid-century California coastal motel, in a row of similar places down the road. It was a little bit of a walk, not terrible, to the downtown and Cannery Row locations. We walked throughout of our 3-day stay without trouble. We'd stay at the Arbor Inn again to visit lovely Monterey."

"Corola the property manager was amazing. The power had gone out in the area right before we got there, she was going to get us lanterns but it came back on so we called and let her know. Unfortunately the power only stayed on for 15 mins and then went back out the rest of the night. We disnt want to bother Corola to come out with the hope the power would come back on. They originally didn’t give us the cottage that was was advertised online , but when I returned to the front desk and showed them the picture of the cottage we were supposed to have,they did give us that one We enjoyed our stay "
