"My reservation was upgraded from a studio to a one-bedroom. Given that one of us was using the sofa bed, this was a big help. (The only downside to the upgrade was that there was nothing to see out the windows but walls.) The staff were friendly and there were no unexpected charges. The location is amazing. There is a cab stand outside the front door and the entrance is maybe 100 yards from the South Kensington underground stop."
