"The Cornaro Hotel was simply wonderful! The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was extensive - meats, cheeses, fruit, pastries Or they would prepare a omelette to your liking! The hotel also had a wellness spa where I indulged in a wonderful facial. There is also a gym. The hotel is a few minutes walk to the "Old Split" where there are ancient buildings, shops, a promenade and remnants of Diocletian"s palace. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Split."

She helped us arrange a day of wine tasting in Hvar and checked in with us every morning. Truly above and beyond - she made our trip truly unforgettable. The rest of the staff was equally as kind and beyond delightful. Absolutely worth the little extra expense for a quality hotel and staff over the alternative mediocre hotels elsewhere in the city. "

Note that there are no roads that serve this hotel and it's necessary to walk and tote luggage over stone streets to reach it.
