The staffs were really helpful and friendly, as always, and especially when we asked if a missing ID card of ours was found, Mirila and Anja from the Concierge helped us with great length and lots of effort! "The position isexvellent in the centre of the oldtown with easy access to shopping, the history of Split, easy access to tour booking and the airport shutglebus. The staff were excellent. Reception, dining room and cleaning staff were extremely professional and very froiendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family and Split was a beautiful destination , close to Trogir and Krka National Park and ferries to the islands. "This hotel is probably one of the best places I have ever stayed at, if not the best! It is definitely a must stay if you are in the city of Split. It is located right in the hussel an bussel of old town, but when it was time to sleep I had no problems with any noise. They picked us up from the bus station (at 5am),and would have probably helped carry our luggage if it didnt get lost. They even helped facilitate geting our lost lugagge back! One morning, they had breakfast sandwiches for us...

"Modernised hotel with lift within the palace, close to the main square. We, like some other guests, had difficulty finding it. Excellent buffet breakfast. We liked the lifesized horse lamp in the entrance hall!"

"Roko was an incredible host and this property is exactly where you want to stay to be in the middle of all the action in Split. Walkable to absolutely everything. Yes it is on the main strip which gets busy in the day, but the suite itself is quiet and comfortable. Plus the rooftop terrace is absolutely amazing. Views of sunrise and sunset.
