I had to call expedia mulitple times to get in touch with her. She ignored me 3x re: AC, instead showing me how to operate it on the one in the 'lobby'. I tried to tell her each time that it wasn't working. She would then disappear again. FINALLY, after expedia spoke to her, she came up to my room to fix...

"Perfect stay! We got the room with the private jacuzzi and it was perfect for relaxing with a perfect view. The room was very clean and comfortable. When we needed additional towels and pillows the staff were very accommodating and helpful! We were sad to leave. "

"Lovely hotel, had a really nice time. When I arrived I was given a twin room when I’d booked a double as the staff assumed I’d want to be next door to my family. I explained to them I would’ve appreciated them asking me before changing my room type because I didn’t want a twin room for a single person. Beautiful room regardless and enjoyed our time there."
