"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grgur Ninski Rooms! We would stay here again and again. The family that runs this establishment (Mladen and Milka) are very helpful and kind. The room was in the best location, the breakfast was very good, the rooms were clean and charming. We loved our visit."

"I loved how close we were to the main areas yet we felt far away. The place felt as if it were our own home. Loved our number 5 apartment as it had beautiful views. It is a few stairs up so not the easiest of the rooms but well worth it in my opinion. Fully stocked and very spacious and clean."

"We left for an excursion early on the day of arrival. I contacted the property and a gentleman was nice enough to come in specifically to meet me to store our bags. Location can't be beaten."

"Staying within the palace walls in Split is the only way to go. Although not handicap accessible, this place was great for us. Split is a gem and it will change your perspective on the world… must go!"

"We loved our stay here! It was clean and comfortable but best of all was the view! It was stunning!!! Ivan was extremely helpful in.guiding us to a delicious local restaurant nearby. We would definitely come back!"

"Very nice easy to find close to downtown-excellent breakfast. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable-just watch out for the door at breakfast going outside it has an extra lip that got me bad,not used to doors that have raised entry otherwise it was great"

"It was off season so it was understandable no one was at the front desk but they messaged and responded quickly via whatsapp. Host was accommodating and friendly. Place was beautiful and fun!"

"The location of this hotel is excellent, and there is a variety of pillows to choose from for a great night's sleep. The room and bathroom are fully equipped, with strong water pressure and hot water for a relaxing shower. The breakfast menu is delicious, and you can order whatever you like. Plus, you can enjoy the sauna for free during your stay. Definitely worth booking!"

"The hotel location is GREAT! Right at the edge of the palace, and close to bus station, many dining options. The room I stayed had great sea views. What I got impressed most was the professionalism displayed by staff members! I travelled in their low season, and I was the only guest at multiple hotels in Crotia, and the staff at this one stood out! They were kind and accomodating. Anna prepared breakfast with a good variety of options for food and drink, even though I was the only guest that morning. I am so touched. Thank you Anna! "

You must stay here

"I would stay again at this place in a heartbeat as a matter of fact I did. Inside the rooms somethings are a little bit worn but that’s ok s it has the best hotel shower I have ever had. When you arrive at the front of the Hotel go to the door on the left side street, go to the Elevator and press 3, that is the floor the hotel and reception is on. "
