The property was beautiful. The only downside was carrying luggage up 4 flights of stairs, but they did explain that because the building is 1/2 owned by the government they were unable to a lift in. Other than that, it was a fantastic place to stay.

I had an excellent stay at Procurator! The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. My room was spacious and comfortable, and the service throughout my stay was amazing. Highly recommend!

Not a hotel but was using parts of an old 4 story building. Also very hard to find the entrance due to the wrong location in google map. Front doors would be closed if you did't get confirmed on your arrival time in advance. Despite of outside noise, the room is cozy and nice.

Room number 201 is a small room but for a few nights that’s ok. When the air con was on its lowest setting it did smell, similar to sulphur, which is the same as the promenade. Check was super smooth. Location is perfect.

Beautiful Split.
my good ness what a place Split is, beautiful, matched by our lovely deluxe room, so authentic, four poster bed, lovely bathroom right in the heart of the city. Staff couldnt do enough to help us and a hidden treat of a roof terrace with panoramic views (nearly as high as the church tower) over the city. Highly recommended.

My stay here was awesome. A beautiful, good size room with a big bed, couch and chair. I had a partial sea view balcony which was stunning. The room was very clean, and the housekeeping service does a very nice job to freshen up the room if you choose to use it. It’s a great location, so many food and activity options nearby. Katarina was very helpful, kind and hospitable. She met me outside to show me where the property was, brought me to my room and gave me a thorough run down. Very flexible, and very accommodating. The rooftop terrace was a huge reason why I chose this place, and it was beautiful, I’d definitely recommend staying here!!

Clean, beautiful luxury rooms in old town. Hot shower, air conditioning and comfortable beds. We had a small balcony overlooking side street down to the bay. You must climb with luggage 3 flights of stairs. Not a problem for us in our late 50's. It indicated a mini bar in room, but all we saw was a mini refrigerator. Maybe that's their interpretation. Walkable to everything. Probably one of the best locations in Old town. Rooms must be insulated as we didn't hear any outside noise at night.

The property was in the top most fooor - 4th floor - with no elevator!! It was so many flight of stairs and a nightmare to go up and down the stairs. There was no mention of no elevator when we booked and the stairs made going to the room too difficult and painful. There was no hot water to take a good shower. Great location but not a lot else
Fantastic check in. The trouble was that the room was directly onto the main staircase and we were woken up by everyone else leaving their quieter rooms, slamming doors and drunks talking in the lower stairwell at 04.00 on both nights. The bathroom would flood on each use.

It's in an excellent location, in an old building in a square with several outdoor cafes close to Diocletian's palace, the harbor boulevard, and the tavern area. The small hotel is run more like an AirbnB, with an office attended by a manager parts of each day. There's no elevator to the rooms five levels up. The rooms are recently renovated, and ours was lovely, but with somewhat balky plumbing. There's also access to a very nice roof terrace with a great view and tables and chairs.
