"This property simply oozes charm! The included breakfast was in added bonus, as was the adjoining little restaurant. The worst thing that can be said about the property is that you can expect to wait a while for hot water to reach your bathroom, so just anticipate that; once you're aware, that hardly even ranks as a minor inconvenience. "

"We stayed in a suite with a large patio and sea views, which were amazing. Definitely worth the upgrade to the suite as some of the other rooms are quite small without patios. The suite was huge with a kitchen that we used several times throughout our week long stay as well as a separate dining room and living room (with sofa bed), bedroom area with two beds and two bathrooms. Big windows in all of the rooms that you could open for the breeze or just enjoy the view. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel property was clean and in good repair. Breakfast was included with the room and was open from 7 AM till noon every day. A good variety of hot items with a few small changes each day. Everyday there was some variation of scrambled eggs, a meat dish, Mexican dishes, vegetables, pancakes, toast, fresh fruit, yogurt, and cereal with coffee and juices. The views were amazing!!! The pool, though a little small, was never too busy and very refreshing and again- the unbeatable 360degree views. Will definitely be back to Mazatlan and will stay in a suite at the Best Western Posada Freeman!!"

"The property was very clean and the staff friendly! The location was excellent for walking the malecon, going to the beach and restaurants in the historic center! There were a couple nights where there was an event nearby that was extremely loud until about 10pm. "

"The building was super modern, very clean. The property itself was very quiet. You had everything that you needed if you want to cook. The rooftop pool and lounging area were a great place to hang out in the evening to look at the view. It was simply breathtaking you can see the lighthouse in the distance. Plaza Machado was less than 15 minutes Walking distance with great places to eat and there was a gem of a taco shop taqueria playa sur must try if you stay Definitely recommend! Did I mention our host was awesome? She was the best! We definitely plan on returning and staying there again."
