"It was my worst hotel stay ever. I never write a bad review, but I am making my 1st ever exception for this hotel. Here are the reasons why: 1. I booked a room with 2 king size beds, as mentioned on the website, but the staff said that the room doesn't exist. 2. The suite that was given to us in lieu of the room we had booked was the only suite, and it had mold everywhere, lighting was depressing, no fridge and leaking washbasin. 3. "Someone tried to barge in my room when my wife stayed back and I went to office, guard drunk every night, aryan from dining was rude and delay in buffet breakfast, given sugar in tea and then said no sugar, no swimming pool but pool picture on website which I got removed from prevent team as I work in Expedia, to remote didn’t worked and much more issues"
