"Super cute space and VERY conveniently located it was perfect for me and a friend to visit Columbus for a couple days. The makeup towels were a super nice touch and it was very cutely decorated. Having a full oven and fridge was SO nice. The only time we ever had and issue was finding it 😅 it's at East Long St not West which was on the listing in Hotels.com"

"Quiet neighborhood. My only problem was when we arrived the apt. Wasn’t cleaned so we had to call a number, file a report and then wait till the contacted us to go back to the apt. After it was completed it was clean and we were happy with the results. Microwave was broken so we couldn’t reheat any leftovers. We did like the apt. And surrounding area. "

"Overall great stay, very good communication from owners! Apartment is really nice and and area seems pretty safe. The apartment is fully furnished and had everything we needed, we did not hear the neighbors at all during our stay. The door lock seemed to have been switched recently and the new one did not work during our stay."

"The property management is awful. When I checked in- no starter items (toilet paper, soap etc.), came back later than night and items were there. Went to get in bed and found no sheets. Called management and they said- maybe tomorrow they could be delivered. In the morning, discovered we had no cold water so couldn’t shower because the water was so hot. Called repeatedly and was told they would try to fix it that day. No apologies for this huge inconvenience. The only positive about the...
