"Very nice apartment in a great location! Plenty of parking available. Safety and security were clearly established at this site, building security codes required, keyless room entry with easy to use phone app. I would definitely stay here again."

"Our experience at Barsa At 9 on Canal was extremely disappointing. Upon our arrival, we couldn't access the unit we had rented. The lockbox that was supposed to contain our key and parking pass was empty. We waited for over an hour and made multiple calls to condo services, but they were unable to locate maintenance personnel or even the manager to provide us with keys to the unit. Unfortunately, there was no one available to help us. After waiting endlessly, we had no choice but to search for...

"This a great property if you need lots of space for your party to all stay together. It is mostly digital access and the step by step instructions were extremely helpful to make a smooth check-in and check-out process. We appreciated the two rooms, two bathrooms, parking included, kitchen, dining area, washer, dryer, and location to walk within downtown. If you are a fitness person, the fitness room is nice and convenient. The set-up for the property is very smart in theory, however, the...

"Nice new-build place close to everything downtown. Several restaurants are nearby, and you can easily Uber to anywhere you need to go in Indy."

"The property was nice and fairly well kept. Upon check in there was a portable in room air conditioner with the vent hose cut through the door to the balcony which made it next to impossible to use the balcony. The whole “verification” process with the Landing app was a total pain. They wanted selfies, ID, SSN, etc. That’s extremely excessive for a 2 night rental booked through Expedia. As well, they wanted it for my spouse. Complete pain. For that reason alone I wouldn’t book a Landing property...

This property was awesome; great location, very secure, convenient parking, great communication with agent, spacious accommodations, very clean and updated. We can't think of anything that needed improvements. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Louisville again."
