"The house is listed as sleeping 10, but with 4 bedrooms, each with the capacity to sleep two people, means it sleeps 8.The pool has 4 hard plastic uncomfortable chairs; which is not nearly enough.The heater for the pool was turned off - It was so cold we were unable to use it. When we contacted the owner he stated the pool did not have a heater so there was nothing he could do. Both the neighbor and the real estate listing stated it had a heated pool so we contacted the owner a second time - and...

"The place was clean and set up quite nicely. We were able to enjoy riding to town for Coffee in the Golf cart. Brother in law and Sister in law were staying on Genoa, a short walk away so it was nice to be so close. We didn’t go to the community pool, but it was nice to know that was an option. Would stay here again for sure. "

"Perfect location and a great setup for friends to gather. Central to Everglades City with views of the river and the Rod and Gun Club, this house has a great setup for relaxing on the deck to watch a sunset after a day of fishing. "

"This was our first time staying on Goodland. This home was super clean, well managed and had everything we could need. Beds were super comfortable. The tiny screened in porch was nice to be outside without bugs! We rented kayaks and took them out each morning to go check out the surrounding islands. Would definitely stay here again."

"We did a quick weekend trip to Goodland for the Annual Naples Humane Society’s Benefit @ Stan’s Idle Hour. Perfect location for us! Close to Marco Island for shopping. Four local restaurants (non chain) rightly the island with good food & entertainment!"

"The barndominium was everything we hoped for. It was spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable. We couldn’t have had a quieter experience in the country setting. Although traffic to town was a little heavy, it was manageable with some planning and time management. The kitchen and master bath were high points, as well. We even found the need to do a few loads of laundry in the new and modern washer and dryer. Overall, the accomodations were everything we had hoped for! Thanks John!!"
