"Location is good - close to everything and house is set up well with most everything you’d need for a large group. We had 9 in our party and everyone had adequate space. The garage is tight - and it’s a PIA to get in and out of. The partition in the garage is not a good thing and one of our party damaged his car on it. Unfortunately, the public space next to the house attracted visitors/campers at all hours who were sometimes very loud, including screaming in the middle of the night.Not enough beach to play much.Water pressure was weak, making it tough to wash your hair."

"We loved, loved! this location. Oceanside is easy access to greater San Diego, and we were on the beach. Beautiful waves, sunsets. The outdoor area is superb. Staff were a bit challenging to get help with property issues, though only a couple things came up. Light out front door was out, never fixed, and coming down stairs at night- used my phone. We had an unfortunate issue wiht front door locking us, in, as opposed to out. Fixed that night after multiple calls. You will love this...

"This cute studio apartment met all of our needs. Ideal location close to the beach, shopping, downtown and freeways. The bed was comfortable, a good kitchen with a stove? Oven that works, refrigerator, nice bathroom with big tub and walk-in/shower. The property owner is very nice and allows you your privacy "

"This property suited our needs for a group of 12. We love Oceanside & the proximity to the beach and the town. The unit itself could use some love & attention. We had issues with two smoke detectors chirping in the middle of the night. When I asked if there were 9 volt batteries in the unit, the response was simply no & no offer to send someone to change them out the next day . We bought our own to get some sleep!
