Staff was not very friendly pretty dismissive actually when asking any questions. Walkable path to shopping and restaurants was very nice. For the price breakfast in my opinion should be included. There is no bar- it’s a 4 Ft counter w three - four stools. It was never manned the entire weekend.

Area around the property seemed sketchy. Check in staff was very nice, but very inconvenient that the kiosk in the didn't work and it was a hassle to charge a soft drink to the room.

I like that it is close to the harbor and it's centrally located, close to the freeway. I didn't like that there where loose tiles on the shower floor and I didn't see them and I stepped on them and it hurt . I also didn't like that the tv remote wasn't working they did come promptly and took about 20 minutes to figure out what was wrong and they fixed it. I was trying to sleep but people kept talking out loud in the hallway and woke me up. I've stayed here before and didn't encounter any problems except they closed the pool on a summer day , I wasn't able to enjoy the pool.

I thoroughly enjoyed my week-long stay, as the room was well-maintained and the lighting was in good working condition, leaving no reason for complaint. However, we did notice a few small stains on the ceiling, which raised some concern, but ultimately decided the room was still satisfactory. The restaurant downstairs offers a pleasant and quiet atmosphere, although the prices are somewhat high; nonetheless, its convenience within the hotel was appreciated. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience.

My wife and I stayed here three night a the fire alarm system was malfunctioning and went of repeated at night waking up the whole hotel for just a false alarm over and over . This happen at least three times at night .
