"The good - Great location with a short walk to the beach, fair price, spacious bedroom, bed is more comfy than other reviews have mentioned, nice porch to sit and relax, quiet during my stay. The apartment has a simple old-school charm to it. For me, the location to the beach and Flagler Ave were there biggest pluses.
