The living room couch was very comfy ..I laid there occasionally watching the waves from the ocean and fall asleep. The balcony view, is too die for, you have both ocean and river views .. "We are seniors and have stayed at many many condos over the years. This unit was far and above the most completely equipped one we’ve ever seen. Everything we needed was there, and in large quantities, such as towels, kitchen items and all paper products. Many personal care items also included. Very tastefully decorated with upscale furnishings."
