"I have to thank the Night Manager, Sushma and Security, Harish who were on duty on May 5 at around 2:30 am. Our group, had a successful fashion show the evening of May 4. After the show, we packed 16 suitcases before we could go back to our rooms to pack own our personal suitcases for our flight the same day. Once I reached my room, I realized I did not have my body bag with me! It contained my passport, credit cards, driver's license, cash and other valuables. I tried to trace my steps and remembered leaving it at the basement where we did our hair & make-up. Before I could start panicking, I got a call from Sushma with a reassuring question, "Ma'am, by any chance, are you missing your bag?" I was almost in tears and she asked my permission if she could go to my room and personally deliver my bag to me. Sushma and Harish arrived a few minutes later and gave me my bag! She asked if we needed anything else, I told her we didn't have time to eat dinner due to the timing of the show and all outlets were closed by the time we finished packing the collection. It was also the birthday of our dresser/assistant who we didn't have a chance to sing to, we couldn't find even just a small cup cake for her. Sushma came back with server, Ayushmita with a small birthday cake! Now, this is what I call BEST SERVICE! THANK YOU Sushma, Harish and Ayushmita for making our tired selves feel so taken cared of! You are the best!"

"The hotel is well appointed with a reasonable gym and pool. There are two restaurants an upmarket Thai ( i didn't use ) and the main hotel restaurant which runs breakfast and supper buffets plus a 24 hour menu with Western and Indian dishes. The lobby has a coffee shop, which serves a great cup of tea and cake or makes a lemonade from sctarch. Finally there is a bar, which serves substantial snacks and has an outdoor terrace. I experienced excellent service across the board, particularly from the Tease team of Nikil, Simanpreet, Kapil and Shiv Pandey who looked after me (as a lone traveller), introduced me to others or just talked cricket.
