"Hospitality is average- staff is not aware of food details and something ignorant. They communicate wrong info also at times. Food is bad. Very few dishes were good- Mediterranean platter & whole wheat pasta to be precise. Rest everything was below average. Room interiors, size and the palace feels of the property are amazing. "
