I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the lift was out of service throughout my stay, and my room was on the 4th floor, making it incredibly inconvenient and exhausting to go up and down multiple times a day. For a hotel of this caliber, not addressing such an essential issue promptly is unacceptable.
Additionally, the breakfast service was disappointing. Although breakfast was advertised as available until 10:00 am, when I arrived at 9:30 am, most items were already gone, and staff seemed disinterested in replenishing them. It felt like a frustrating waste of time and money.
The in-house restaurant was another letdown. The food was overpriced and of poor quality, and the delivery service was slow. To make matters worse, the restaurant receptionist was inattentive, leading to multiple order mix-ups during my stay. This lack of professionalism made dining a stressful and unpleasant experience.
Overall, my stay was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel unless they address these significant issues. There are better options available for the price they charge.
