"The hotel is well appointed with a reasonable gym and pool. There are two restaurants an upmarket Thai ( i didn't use ) and the main hotel restaurant which runs breakfast and supper buffets plus a 24 hour menu with Western and Indian dishes. The lobby has a coffee shop, which serves a great cup of tea and cake or makes a lemonade from sctarch. Finally there is a bar, which serves substantial snacks and has an outdoor terrace. I experienced excellent service across the board, particularly from the Tease team of Nikil, Simanpreet, Kapil and Shiv Pandey who looked after me (as a lone traveller), introduced me to others or just talked cricket. "I have stayed here about 8 months ago. Its a lovely place to stay. Convenient to travel around Gurgaon. I always request a pool view room. Lovely breakfast nice pool and spa.
