"My mum and I really enjoyed staying here. You don’t feel like you’ve overpaid, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room was in a separate building to the main reception which did mean a quick walk to breakfast but given that breakfast was included, can’t complain too much! Overall, a great stay!"

"This is a very nice, quiet little hotel in a great location just north of Kensington gardens and near two tube stations (Queensway and Bayswater). Great service and breakfast too. Every type of restaurant you could ever want is within a ten minute walk (ethnic, American, fast food, etc). Also, a grocery store, pharmacy and several quick shops. I’ve stayed here multiple times and highly recommend it."
