"We stayed here during our son’s Cooperstown visit. The house is a charming 3 bedroom with 2 baths. It was the perfect spot for my family and in-laws. The beds were comfy after a long day on the field. Location was walking distance to downtown and an easy drive to the field. The host Charlie was so nice and easy to work with. Highly recommended this house!"

"This was a perfect place for a group of 6 adults to stay as part of a long weekend for a canoe race. Oneonta is a great little town. From this house, we could walk into town in 10 minutes to enjoy dinner. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The property manager was fabulous about communications and letting us know the house was on a fairly steep hill. Would definitely come back!"

"The house was beautiful and even bigger than we expected. The grounds around the house (sheltered patio, fire pit, pool, etc.) were a delightful addition to our group’s stay as well. The host was very nice and made the check in and check out process very easy. The only issue we faced was that the house got very warm as the house is not air conditioned, though there were a few floor AC units and fans available. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return in the future."

"Very spacious old brick home. Really cute relaxing back yard. Backyard was also completely fenced in so if traveling with pets they have a little freedom as if they were home.
