"The house was as we expected. For the price it fit a lot of people and had a good functional kitchen for us to use. We were close to a lot of nice hiking and having the inn close by felt nice in case we had any questions or needs. Owner communicated clearly and quickly for anything that came up. A few things were outdated or could be cleaner but again good for the price! Thanks! "

"This condo was magnificent! Very clean and child friendly! The three levels allowed for the common area, my sister and brother-in-law to have their own space downstairs, and our family to take over the upstairs. It was in a great location to base our adventures from and only minutes from the grocery store and restaurants. "

"My family and I enjoyed our recent stay at the Sunrise condos at Sunday River. This unit has plenty of space to accommodate a large family or a group. The unit itself is of a certain time and has been well loved, but everything we used was in working order. The kitchen area has been updated. We enjoyed the ski storage area and the unit was convenient to the main base. My kids enjoyed all of the books that the unit had and thought the bunk bed room was great. Overall a good, comfortable stay."

"Wonderful and cozy! Great location to ski in and ski out. We are all new to skiing (from Florida!)and after a day on the bunny slopes we were able to navigate ridge run so we could ski in and out. The condo is well stocked and super comfortable. Love the fireplace and heated floors. Over 3ft of snow in 24 hours and the roads were constantly plowed. Thanks for hosting us on this magical trip!"

"Housekeeping was unthorough- found stray earrings, a dirty sock, broken pretzels on the floor. Some lightbulbs didn’t work. No sheets on the pull out bed in the living room. Advertises as a “sleeps 8” but there is not enough furniture to sufficiently organize even 5 people’s belongings let alone 8. The condo is cozy, but needs to be updated. Plaster ceiling in the bathroom is crumbling in parts, the electricity doesn’t work in all of the sockets. "

"Easy location for ski on/off the slopes for my teen and his 2 friends. They loved the pool. Place was clean and kitchen was stocked with all essentials. Loved the bunk beds in the kids room. Comfie sofa and hang out space in living area. Would have love a TV in master bedroom but overall would definitely stay here again."

"Property was clean, pool was nice and warm. Bunkbeds are a bit shaky which sucks for the person on the bottom bunk, could be more stout. We did not use the pull out in the living room but the couch was comfortable to lounge on. Dont plan on having sharp knives…hint to owner. One bathroom was a bit rough with 4 people staying but we made do. Only other complaint is that the hot water heater must be very small, take 2 minute showers or you will run out of hot water quickly. Other than those...

"My friends and I stayed at the condo for a three day weekend, and the location is even better than you can imagine! The amenities are great, the locker rooms below are useful. We had a phenomenal time and would happily stay again!"
