"The condo was perfect for our ski weekend. Having the ski lockers was a huge plus! Having the trails 50 ft from the building entrance made things very easy. The condo was exactly as advertised, it has everything you need for a quick ski weekend. If you looking for high end probably not for you, however if you looking for a place to stay that has everything you need to have a great weekend of skiing that is affordable, This is it!!! "

"When Sunday River had the storm last December, they would not refund me or let me switch dates. The area had major storm damage and was barely open. We decided to eat the entire rental amount. I would never use them again."

"The location of this condo is a quick walk down the bunny slope to the South lodge. I was very easy to drop our daughter off at ski lessons and also to get back to the condo for lunch after skiing. It is a true ski in/out location! The owner/manager was very helpful and great to deal with. The condo itself is as it appears in the ad. It's not huge but 4 of us were comfortable. It's a little dated but clean and very convenient. We all had a very nice stay."

"The location was fabulous and the hot tub was great. The unit was small, but we expected that. It was warm and clean though a little dated. I wouldn’t plan up doing any cooking there.
