"We had a great time at Mark's house in Sunday River! We stayed for 2 weeks over the holidays - and we wish we could've stayed longer! We arrived to lovely Christmas decorations around the house, equipped with a 10-foot Christmas tree! Mark was an excellent communicator - responding literally within minutes and catering to all our needs and questions. I would recommend.Sunday River area is a little bit of a food desert. All produce was sold out from the local grocers. If you really want something in particular, you should probably bring it.The Igloo at Sunday River was really fun to have a drink at. Sunday River Brew Company close to the house was a good spot to visit. "

"We have stayed at a ton of vacation homes over the years and this one is by far the nicest. It helps that it's brand new but it was just really well designed and well stocked. They thought of all the details like period products in the bathrooms and towels for the hot tub. They even have full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash in every shower.
