"Overall it was a nice place. BUT, i tend to choose my hotels for the amenities- specifically pool/ hot tub. This place has 2 pools. One is a lap pool for adults, the other is more of a pool/splash pad/slides for kids. Guess where the hot tub was? So i shared it with a dozen 5 yo's, and it was NOT hot. The air in the room was also COLD. Im told because it was cold outside, but I've never experienced this, even in the cheapest places."

"A wonderful experience, that deserves a thank you and a great review. The Shoreline staff was incredible. Owen especially made the evening special for everyone. The restaurant/bar manager, Chris, was a contributing member of the team. The supportive leadership really shows. An overall pleasurable stay in a great location and views. "It was terrible. So bad that I called a different hotel which I booked and spent the night at. The water wouldn’t drain from the tub. The linens didn’t fit the bed and were torn and worn out. Entire room was dilapidated old and in disrepair. I have stayed in quality inns all over the country, never had a bad experience like this. DIPLORABLE!!! No wonder it was non refundable ."
