"Overall we had a great stay. Our hotel room had an issue with hot water in the shower and the solution from maintenance was to just let it run until it got hot (~7-8 minutes). The nice part was that from the time the complaint was made until maintenance was at my room for was less than 10 minutes. Very impressed with that. Check-in was also delayed from the standard 4:00 p.m. time so we had to wait around in the lobby with our luggage until the room was ready. The room in the spa blue tower was...

"This quiet hidden gem is surrounded by acres of woods. The ambiance is peaceful and relaxing. The supper club is reminiscent of of a the prohibition years and serves up some great food. Highly recommend a visit for a needed getaway. "

"The room was very clean and the beds were like heaven. The shower though has almost no water pressure.. but the extra toiletries were great. No need to pack shampoo conditioner body wash.. there was some structural cracks along the ceiling. But all in all in would totally come back"
