Room was a little musty. The available breakfast was probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. Parking in the garage across the street was easy enough to manage.

The food in the restaurant was extremely good, staff was helpful and professional, room was comfortable and clean. My only complaint was how thin the doors are between connecting rooms. I was exhausted and the loud late night laughter nextdoor kept me up for a while.

They put me in someone else's room to start with their stuff in it. Then in my new room the bathroom had hair all over it. The room itself had a really odd smell to it. Almost smelled like an exterminator had just been there. I ended up leaving after I got back from dinner and drove 4 hours home. Normally very happy with the Hilton hotels but I wont be staying at this location again.

I've found that staying in hotels outside of the city proper in Fort Wayne can result in long wait times for rides. For me, Grand is perfectly located for stop over or longer stays. The hotel and Features restaurant/bar along with onsite full Starbucks cafe is perfect.

Love the location for Thanksgiving Eve activities in downtown Fort Wayne with family. Getting room serviced took some effort. Windows either compromised or need cleaning, couldn't see a thing, and we had snow to watch... Staff really friendly.
