Rooms were dirty and roaches in one of the rooms. Not sure why this property is on Expedia. Refrigerator leaked all over the floor. Also power went out and had to call maintenance.

They did not want to check us in at the assigned time at 3pm due to not having staff to clean up rooms. They also did not want to give us any time in the afternoon, any approximate time. This whole area is bad with hotels not keeping their promises. This particular hotel is not very welcoming and on top of that the stuff at the reception was extremely uninterested and disrespectful.

It was a drunk guest was a lot of kids playing on the door. Then the same guest hit my child. It wasn’t pleasant at all. Didn’t even get to sleep in the bed.

Room was clean and the staff was very nice. Has washer and dryers to do laundry. They allow pets at no extra charge. Even help me with an issuse with the room and got me extra night
