"Staff was great and place was clean. A guest across was smoking weed in her room though. It was her birthday! Lol"

"This place is PERFECT all around. The place is clean, food is great, and all staff were SUPER friendly. The only thing to note was is took 30 minutes to get our car from valet at check out. They only had two drivers working on a Sunday morning, so it was severely understaffed. Although it took long and the drivers were (literally) sprinting around, they maintained a friendly, good spirited attitude. I will be staying here every time!! "

"We had a nice weekend getaway to Pittsburgh we love the north shore! Restaurants close by and lots of things to do! We did discover a small coffee shop across the road from the hotel we enjoyed getting coffee and going for a walk around PNC park by the river in the morning and don’t skip out on breakfast it was hands down one of the best hotel breakfast’s that we have ever had. "

"This hotel has the old world charm and grace of being fancy without being off-putting. Beautiful lobby and lobby bar/restaurants. The personnel are all very happy at their jobs (or so they seem) and it shows through in their interactions. Thomasine was very pleasant on check in, Hayley was great at the bar."
