"Easy check in and check out for this overnight stay in Auckland. Hotel is extremely well located for Spark Arena which is a short walk away. Room was clean and spacious, if a little dated. Beds were large and comfortable. Room was a little warm. It is so nice to have proper milk in the fridge. Good work Copthorne."

"Enjoyed my stay here. Air con in my room was playing up but they offered multiple solutions and moved rooms for me. Very much appreciated this and their fast response. Location is key with this hotel, just a very short walk to Sky City and shopping just down the road."
