"Arriving early, my room was ready; however, it was a room facing the busy street, with an entry facing common shared areas with high traffic. As a single woman, I did not want an area with limited privacy; worse yet, an area with internal and external access to many- as well as noisy. Ben, at check in, easily resolved the situation without disregard. Alba at housekeeping welcomed me as I took the elevator. The staff and location make Copley Square Hotel a welcoming and safe place.
