"The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. "This was my first time visiting Jamaica. The house was beautiful and we enjoyed all the activities and amenities. The staff was kind and professional. Ricardo was great and tended to all of our needs. I can’t say enough about the chef. He was truly amazing and prepared the most delicious meals. "My family of 8 had such a wonderful time at this Ocean View Villa within the White Witch Rose Hall Estates. The bedrooms were large and clean. The view was spectacular. While the pool was not very deep, we actually didn’t end up minding it. It was nice and relaxing. The best part was the staff. They made sure that we had the best possible experience! We truly appreciate Chef Linval and his assistant Donnette, the housekeeper Omarcia, and the driver Floyd. We look forward to our next stay. "

"Excellent location to relax! We spent our days reading our books and lounging at the villa or at the beach. Villa was clean, well kept, and very charming. Miss Cassie is an amazing cook and has a beautiful personality. The whole family loved all her meals which were excellent and first class and we also enjoyed our grocery shopping trip! :) Host communications were great with no issues whatsoever. Would return in a heartbeat. "
