"The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. "We were a party of 10 including kids. We were taken care of so well. We all enjoyed the hospitality! Everyone looked after us well!The only thing that we would have liked differently is cleanliness of the kitchen, the pots and pans etc. not used to seeing the old worn out utensils being used to cook so found that a bit put off. "Close to everything but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. Property is large and big enough for large groups. The place is a little older but it’s well kept."

"The design and layout of the house was more impressive than we could imagine from the online photos. Arriving to have a butler and kitchen staff was unexpected also. Not having to cook or clean is truly a vacation. We saved so much with the kitchen staff rather than eating out every meal. "TERRIBLE experience. The security did not allow us to get onto the property without a room number. The owner of the property never picked up their phone and we called them hundreds of times. Was then stuck in a foreign country in the middle of the night trying to find a place to sleep.."

"We had a spacious room with balcony that faced the pool and ocean as practically all rooms have a similar view. We enjoyed the large pools which were very clean and inviting. The grounds were meticulously manicured and hotel, restaurants and facilities were very clean. All restaurants including the large buffet were excellent with plenty of delicious food and drinks. All staff from all aspects of the hotel were very friendly and aim to please! We had an issue with a private pick up from hotel to airport and spoke with”Trishana” from courtesy desk and she sure went to bat for us to resolve the issue in a professional manner! We enjoyed our stay at Bahia Principe Grand Jaimaca very much!"

"It was my first time to Jamaica and I brought my 14yr old daughter with me. We had so much fun. I contacted the resort for transportation and they sent AJ. He set the vibes and energy for the entire trip! They had many different food options and all the staff were super polite and friendly. Nick and Miguel at the pool bar were so fun! The gym was good and I had the equipment to complete my normal workout routines. Lots of props to take photos at and the resort has a photographer on staff as well. There are multiple different activities available on the resort to do. I do wish they had more tubes for the lazy river as there were never any available when we went. Rooms were clean and well stocked. I loved the balcony swing. I recommend this resort well on Jamaica and I hope to return sooner than later "

"I absolutely loved staying at Ocean Eden Bay, I’m actually upset my vacation came to an end. Everything is great about the resort; the staff, food, live shows, and entertainment. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Jamaica. Special shout out to Givarr at the privilege desk and Candice at the pool bar, make sure you pay them a visit if you choose this resort, great energy and very helpful."
