"The location and grounds were great. We rented out the full facility for our strategic offsite and everything worked great and there was plenty of room. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean and well appointed. Most of all, the cleaning staff, groundskeepers, bartender and chefs were amazing and took such great care of all 13 of us. "Words cannot express how wonderful this vacation was. We were a family of 5 which included a teenager and 2 seniors, one which was experiencing some serious health challenges. The entire staff was so extremely accommodating. Chef Damien and Fabian (the butler) accommodated diet changes and were able to arrange last minute activity when we finally decided to enjoy the island. I was sad to leave because despite our ailing family member, they looked after us like family. We will definitely return....

However, there was a few issues that we experienced at the villa that were beyond the staff's control. The owner has informed me that he plans to resolve these issues right away. 1.
