"This was our first time using VRBO, and also checking out the Catskills. It was perfect. The house is charming, unique, full of personality, and surrounded by breathtaking views. It snowed our entire trip and we had a roaring fire each night in the huge stone fireplace. It was perfectly relaxing and idyllic. The Sauna, darts, board games, and bar with vintage glasses were all highlights! We can’t wait to come back in the Spring or summer to see the river when it isn’t frozen. "

"This is a neat little cozy spot near the Delaware Water Gap. My friends and I had a great time enjoying the quiet and the beautiful nature that surrounds the house. There is reliable wifi and decent cell service, and there were plenty of people around so we still felt safe. We were not accustomed to certain practices however, so be prepared. "There were a couple small issues and the listing definitely needs updated pictures. Communication with owner was easy and responses were quick. We loved the neighborhood and the attention to detail the owners put into the decor. They also had a handmade guide with events and restaurant recommendations."

"We enjoyed our stay with a large gathering of friends and their families. The house was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and sauna, as well the outdoor firepit and fishing in the pond. We also enjoyed the proximity to hiking and river rafting (which was kid-friendly). "We are a group of college friends who have been getting together for over forty years. We’ve stayed at a variety of places over the years and now, with 3 generations attending, we need larger accommodations. I think we’ve found our place. Lovely setting. Clean, comfortable rooms.
